Below are some of the more frequently asked questions about the BCI Direct web site. If you need help with a subject not covered, please use the Ask Your Questions link. We aim to reply to all questions within two working days, and will add any of your questions that we feel may help other users.

How do I select the colour of the product I want to buy? |

If the product has a range of colours available there will be a colour picker. Use your mouse to rollover the colour swatches to see a larger sample on the right hand side. Once you have decided on a colour you like click the relevant tick box to select it. You can select more than one colour. Once you have your chosen colours selected click ‘add to basket’ on the right. |

The tick box next to the colour I require is dulled out and won’t let me select it, why? |

This means that the colour you require is currently out of stock. Our stocks are regularly updated so please check back in a few days. If the product you require does not appear restocked for some time please contact us using the contact us form. |

I have forgotten my password, what do I do? |
|
When you come to sign in you will see ‘(forgot my password?)’ under the sign in box, click on this and you will be asked to enter your surname followed by the email address you registered with. You will shortly receive an email containing your password. |

Can I save my basket and come back later? |
|
Yes. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase view your shopping basket by clicking ‘view basket’ on the top right of the page. You can then click ‘save my basket’ on the bottom right. You will be asked to sign in if you are already a member, or register if you are not. Once you have done this you can enter a name to save your basket under, ie; ‘nail polishes’. Next time you visit the site, go to ‘my account’ on the top right hand side, and enter your login details. You will then see a list of baskets that you have saved. You can use the options on the right hand side to either delete them or re-open them and continue shopping. |

How long will my basket be saved for? |

Your baskets will be saved indefinitely. |

How much is delivery? |
|
Standard delivery charge is £3.50, unless you spend over £45, in which case delivery is free. Please find more information about our delivery policies in our ‘legal info’ section which can be found on the bottom left of every page. |

Do you deliver outside of the UK? |
|

How long will delivery take? |

If I change my mind when I receive the product can I return it for a refund or exchange? |

Will you refund a product if it arrives damaged? |

Will you give me a refund or exchange if the product is defective? |
